COVID-19 Precautions 

We are very excited to return to work; however, we wanted to take a moment to mention some of the precautions we are taking to mitigate the risks of COVID-19. We have we have taken the following precautions:

  1. 100% of our staff is ServSafe COVID-19 Precautions Trained. This is a training that specifically covers precautions to take in the food & beverage industry regarding COVID-19. 

  2. We adhere to 100% of the guidelines issued by the State, County, and City. 

  3. We have our crew setup into teams and minimize overlap at shift changes. 

  4. We have sanitizer available for consumer and staff use all over the pub. 

  5. We have implemented a reservation system to limit patrons. We also have a 15 minute buffer between reservations to ensure proper COVID-19 sanitization is completed.

  6. We have directional flow ensuring patrons leaving the pub use a different door than those entering. 

  7. In addition to 6-foot distancing, we have installed plastic curtains between tables. Since patrons can't wear masks while eating and drinking these help create an additional barrier in the event that someone sneezes, coughs, or does some other action that would allow particulates to become airborne.

  8. Finally, we are allowing patrons to join our mailing list (below). Should a confirmed case of COVID-19 be linked to William Oliver's (via the staff or patrons) we will notify our entire customer base via email. Please consider subscribing to our list to stay informed (don't worry about marketing emails, we typically only send one per month).
