The Jessup Farm Barrel House Brewery Collaboraton


William Oliver's and The Barrel House collaborated on a barrel-aged brown ale...and we are releasing it on 7 July. Swing by the pub from 6-8pm to be one of the first to try this amazing and unique beer. 


About the base beer:

A 6.6% abv, 50 IBU American-Style brown ale, with a rich chocolate and dark caramel malt character.The beer was aged in a Dancing Pines Bourbon barrel, a Dancing Pines Rye Whiskey/Spiced rum barrel, and a Breckenridge Bourbon barrel.  We also blended in a secondary brettanomyces fermentation with tart cherry juice.
