Fort Collins' First Dedicated Whiskey Bar to Expand after 1st Year in Business

March 30, 2014

FORT COLLINS, Colorado, March 30, 2014 - William Oliver’s Publick House, Fort Collins first Whisk(e)y bar, announced plans to expand their only location after just one year in business.

They plan on beginning construction on the expansion as early as May 1st (pending City approval) and hope to have the new space ready for use by the end of May.

"We are very excited to have the opportunity to expand our pub. It will provide more seating for our customers and give us the ability to install a much needed kitchen", said Ryan Wallace owner of William Oliver's, "this expansion means we will also have a dedicated space for the whiskey events we host regularly."

The whiskey pub will expand into the space currently occupied by EarthWise Pet Supply. William Oliver's plans on adding approximately 45 seats inside, doubling the size of the front patio, and expanding their menu to include lunch, dinner, and a kids menu. They also plan to open for Sunday brunch with a Bloody-Mary bar.
