We serve beer exclusively made in Colorado (most of our taps feature beer brewed within 20 miles of the pub), spirits crafted in Colorado, and whiskey from all over the world.
Our menu is what you might call bacon-centric. We hand-cut thick slices of applewood smoked bacon and use it liberally on nearly everything. Wish you had more bacon? No problem, you can add bacon to everything on the menu. Including cocktails!
If you aren't a meat-eater don't worry, we've still got you covered. We have several vegetarian and vegan options. Including our vegetarian red-bean chili made from scratch using an old family recipe.
The best bacon you will ever have...
Our bacon is in a class all its own. We spent months finding the right source to supply our bacon. Tasting dozens and dozens of different bacons was a grueling job, but someone had to do it.
We believe we found the best bacon in the world. To make it even better, we hand slice every slab. With only about 35 slices in 5lbs we offer some of the thickest slices you will ever find.
In fact, our bacon is so good, we offer it served as a "Pint of Bacon". Five thick cuts strips, served in a pint glass, with a side of maple syrup to dip it in.
